Back at 160... I think it's time for a wake up call.

Being at university requires you, at times, to run from class to class at times, run for the bus, run to turn in an assignment.... and so on. I know this may sound as if I'm late to most things... I assure you I am not. When I needed to do any of those things recently, I have noticed a shortness of breath, and a general decrease in physique. I weighed myself and I noticed that I now weigh 160 lbs as I used to weigh 145 lbs just at the end of THIS summer. I realize that I need to change. I kept telling myself that I would when the school year ended, because I don't have enough time to cook, all the food here is unhealthy, I don't eat often and when I do eat I eat a lot not to waste time later... there's nothing I can do about it blah blah blah excuses excuses excuses. I lost 20 lbs before and it shouldn't be impossible to do it again. Starting today I am going to drink at least 3 litres of water per day, eat healthy (no more pop), and go to the gym at least 3 times a week (just like I thought I would continue after the summer, but I didn't). So hold me to my promise... I feel that I can make this happen.
